It is a new FORD test-drive event hosted at Bothell High School. Anyone that is 18 years or older can come to test drive a car. From every test drive $20 will be donated to the Bothell High School Marketing/DECA program, which will then be donating the funds raised to Ronald McDonald and other charities. Along with test driving a Ford car there will be other festivities going on as well, including a M.V.A.F. booth. People that wish to schedule a specific drive time can call Ron Cooper at 425-408-7074 or e-mail him at rcooper@nsd.org. Come out and drive a Ford for a good cause! We would love to see you there!
With such short notice, Mallie and Jim Kessenich, owners of Lake Forest Park Dinners Ready graciously sponsored the Fundraiser Event at Edmonds Stadium for Melanie Thielman by donating their kitchen for MVAF to prepare nearly 100 caramel apples and popcorn balls to sell at the Lynnwood High School Homecoming game.

Melanie Thielman is a 17 year old student from Lynnwood High School
who suffered severe head trauma as a result of being thrown from the back of a motorcycle while riding as a passenger. She will need extensive supervised
medical care for the next 12 - 18 months.
